Every Thursday from 6pm, the kitchen does one thing and does it properly. Aged bavette, infinite golden frites, peppercorn sauce. A starter, a dessert, and a different wine special opened each week — bottles you would not normally find by the glass.
No choices to agonise over. No substitutions needed. Just sit down, eat well, drink something interesting, and let Thursday evening be the best midweek decision you make.
