Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Faith In Strangers services including event attendance, ticket purchases, private hire, dining reservations, and our website. By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or using our services you agree to these terms.
Ticketing
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are sold via our authorised partner (Shopify). By completing a purchase you agree to the retailer's terms of sale.
- A booking fee may be applied at checkout. This is non-refundable.
- Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) at the door. Lost tickets cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
- Maximum ticket quantities per customer may apply and are stated at the point of sale.
- Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited and may result in entry being refused.
Event Entry & Conduct
- Faith In Strangers reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises without refund.
- Photo ID may be required. Challenge 25 policy applies for alcohol service.
- Under-18s are welcome at dining events only and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under-18s must leave the venue by 9pm unless the event is specifically designated as all-ages.
- No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.
- Antisocial behaviour, discrimination, harassment, or drug use will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
- Consent and personal space are non-negotiable.
- Photography and recording policies vary by event. Professional equipment requires prior approval.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If an event is cancelled by Faith In Strangers, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds are available if you cannot attend the new date.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind, late arrival, or removal from the venue due to breach of house rules.
- Dining reservation cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows for large party bookings may incur a charge.
Venue Liability
- Faith In Strangers accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Guests attend events and use the venue at their own risk.
- The venue holds appropriate public liability insurance.
- Faith In Strangers is not liable for injury caused by the behaviour of other guests.
Alcohol Policy
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) may be requested.
- We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person.
- Responsible drinking is expected. Staff may refuse further service if a guest appears intoxicated.
Private Hire Terms
- Private hire enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit terms are outlined in your individual hire agreement.
- Cancellation of private hire reservations is subject to the terms in your signed agreement.
- The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused during the hire period.
- Maximum capacities must be adhered to at all times (300 standing, 150 seated).
Digital Services & Website
- Online ticket purchases are processed securely via Shopify and Stripe.
- Account creation is optional. Email addresses provided are used for order confirmations, event updates, and marketing (with consent).
- We use cookies and analytics tools as described in our Cookie Policy.
- All website content is the property of Faith In Strangers unless otherwise stated.
General
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Faith In Strangers reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
